Western Australian Warranty – When you buy from a dealer, a car that’s less than 10 years old, and has travelled no more than 150,000km comes with a three-month or 5000km statutory warranty (whichever comes first). A car that’s between 10 and 12 years old, and has travelled between 150,000 and 180,000km, has a one-month or 1500km statutory warranty (whichever comes first
Cooling off period – There’s no cooling-off period once you’ve signed the purchase agreement.
