REPAIR DISPUTE INSPECTION
Service disputes happen a lot. As an average one in every ten customers in Australia is not happy with the way the insurances handle their repairs.

We have specially trained technicians for this purpose. Our experienced technicians will patiently listen to your concerns and perform a whole assessment on the service you have received.

VALID REPORT FOR AUSTRALIAN COURTS AND TRIBUNALS
As an Australian registered business, you can use our report as an independent assessment of your vehicle across the country and in all states.
Your report will be endorsed by Last Check and you can use it where necessary. Your report will serve all purposes from buying a lemon from a car dealer all the way to an unhappy insurance or private mechanic repair.
TRIBUNAL AND COURT PROCEEDINGS
We have special people onboard familiar with the process to support you all the way at the court or tribunal hearing.
Your inspector can company you to the tribunal or court session with all the relevant documents and testify on your behalf.
At the session, we can go against whatever repair that has been done unprofessionally and provide proof for the magistrate or the chair person.
NO WASTE OF TIME OR MONEY
For court cases, a loss can potentially mean that you need to pay for the other party’s attendance and lawyer fees as well. It can also be a long process with waste of precious time, but it can be avoided.
In case that the repair has been done in line with your contract with the repairer or in cases that we know your chance of success is low, we will let you know before hand to rethink about proceeding further at the court or tribunal.
You will be informed of all your options and receive full support where needed before taking the matter further.
